Relationship Managers

Relationship Managers are an important part of Finalytix value chain. RMs will be required to interact with various clients which include Ultra-HNWIs, Family Offices and Independent Financial Advisors (IFA).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages Finlaytix Client relationships with a certain number of high net-worth individuals and clients
- Understands the needs of wealthy clients and accordingly caters to those requirements via the objectives of Finalytix
- Monitors and manages existing credit relationships
- Develops new business by identifying and contacting existing or prospective clients and promotes Finalytix service offerings
- Caters to a wide range of prospective clients in different geographies
- Manages introductions to third party consultants from time to time
Skills and Specifications
- Must have strong inter-personal skills and a strong existing network among the high-net worth individuals
- Demostrable capabilities for sales, finance and banking
- Must understand the fundamentals of business processes and should be able to analyse the nuances of business deals
- Leadership skills and strong negotiation skills are helpful
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills are highly desireable
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in financial services
- University Degree either Bachelors or Masters (will also undergo a general IQ Test)
- Submit GMAT, GRE or SAT scores
- Strong English Language skills (will under go general English Competency Test)
- Second Language skills desirable (ideal languages include Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi and French)
- Submit degree certificates
